The information of the Site is provided in good faith and netnest.co.nz believes it to be accurate. However, errors can happen from time to time, so please let us know if you notice a mistake and we will endeavor to correct it.
Product Description
Great effort and time goes into verifying the product descriptions for consistency and accuracy. The images attached to the products aim to aid you with your selection.
OEM Software
"OEM" stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer.
This means that the items that have the letters OEM in their description generally
cannot be sold on their own and have to be bundled related products. OEM items are
not suppled with manuals, cables, documentation, retail boxes, support and quite
often no software or drivers.
Microsoft Windows OEM Software Policy - We are entitled to sell you a copy of Microsoft’s
Windows OEM software if you are a System Builder, purchasing it with a new PC or
purchasing components to build a new computer (a complete system).
Please note that Microsoft is very stringent regarding the registration process
of such systems and netnest.co.nz will not be liable for problems that are incurred
during this procedure if you did not purchase the Windows OEM software to meet the
above criteria.
Ordering and Pricing
NetNest products are subject to availability. Therefore, product items may be withdrawn
at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either
in whole or part. Once you place an order you will receive a notice of confirmation
via e-mail. Your products will be sent to you after you complete an order form with
your payment details included. After the e-mail confirmation is forwarded this commences
the legally binding agreement between you and NetNest and therefore will commence
the terms and conditions. The prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand dollars
$NZD and GST inclusive.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical
error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, netnest.co.nz
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at
the incorrect price.
NetNest has the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.
Paypal and Credit Card Transactions
PayPal, Visa and MasterCard payments attract a surcharge of 3.5%
Due to the rise of credit card fraud and for your security all credit card orders
will be subject to advanced security checks.
- NetNest will charge your credit card a random amount under $2.00(which will be refunded on the same day).
- You then need to look up the amount by checking your online banking or by contacting your bank.
- Once you have the amount you can simply email admin@netnest.co.nz with the confirmed amount.
