High-Density, 10Gb Enterprise LAN and Aggregation Switching
The ExtremeSwitching X690 product family are high-density, purpose-built 10Gb/ 10 0Gb switches designed for high-performance enterprise and aggregation applications. The X690 can support a range of interface speeds, including 1Gb, 10Gb, 25Gb, 40Gb, 50Gb and 10 0Gb, all in a compact 1RU form factor. This enables the Extreme Switching X690 to be flexibly deployed in either Enterprise LAN or high-density top of rack applicat ions.

The X690 can also serve as the cont rolling aggregat ion switch within Extreme's Extended Edge Switching solution.
