Advanced Unit Replacement Warranty Service
Where Sektor has diagnosed the equipment as faulty when the warranty was logged, Sektor will ship and insure at its cost, comparable new, rebuilt, reconditioned or reclaimed equipment, determined at Sektor’s discretion, of the same or functionally equivalent type directly to the Customer. Once the replacement equipment is received by the Customer, risk in the replacement equipment passes to the Customer.

A Sektor Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) document will be enclosed with the replacement equipment. The RMA document must be completed and signed by the Customer and returned to Sektor with the faulty equipment.

On receiving the replacement equipment, the Customer must return the faulty equipment back to Sektor, in the packaging that arrives with the replacement equipment, within five (5) working days.

The Customer must contact Sektor to arrange a pick up time and date for the defective equipment falling within the five (5) working days. Sektor assumes the risk upon collection of and will pay for all shipping and insurance costs to return the faulty equipment to Sektor from anywhere in mainland Australia.

Failure to arrange a collection of the defective equipment for return to Sektor within five (5) working days of receiving the replacement equipment will result in Sektor invoicing the Customer for the replacement equipment at the new equipment price applicable at the time.

Sektor is not responsible for loss of data on any returned equipment.

This AURWS agreement is valid for the term and for the serial numbers stated on the Sektor Advanced Unit Replacement Warranty invoice. The serial numbers of replacement equipment will assume the remaining term of warranty applying to the serial number of the faulty equipment replaced.

• Misuse, abuse or tampering
